A visa application is only as strong as its file. Missing bank statements, an unclear invitation letter or a form filled in a hurry can delay an application for weeks. The Cook Driver Welfare Association helps people in Lahore prepare complete, well-organised visa files for popular destinations, using document checklists that are reviewed and dated.
The embassy or issuing authority alone decides every visa application. The association helps you prepare your file; it does not and cannot guarantee approval.
What the association helps with
- Checking your documents against the current checklist for your destination and visa category.
- Organising the file in a clear order so the officer can find everything.
- Explaining what each document is for, so you know why it is asked for.
- Pointing out gaps before you submit, for example a bank statement that does not cover enough months.
The assistance fee is shown on each destination page. It does not include government visa fees, appointment or service-centre charges, insurance, translations or tickets.
Choose your destination
Each destination page lists the visa categories the association assists with, the document checklist, the assistance fee, a processing note and the date the checklist was last reviewed. Requirements change, so the team confirms the current list with you before you apply.
Before you start
- Make sure your passport is valid for long enough: many countries ask for at least six months beyond your trip.
- Collect your CNIC, your NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC) and recent bank statements early; they take time to obtain.
- Be honest and consistent. Information in your form, your documents and your interview should match.
How requesting works
Open your destination, read the checklist, and send an inquiry with your visa category, number of travellers and travel month. The association replies on WhatsApp to explain the next steps and the documents you will need.
