This policy explains what the Cook Driver Welfare Association (“the association”, “we”) collects through this website, why, who can see it and how long it is kept. The association’s office is at Airport Road, AB Heights, 1st Floor, Near Yasir Broast, Lahore.
What we collect when you send a request
- Your phone number (required), so the team can reply to you.
- Your name, only if you choose to give it.
- The details of your request: the role and option you choose (such as cuisine or shift), your answers to its short questions (for example household size, house size or car type; for patient care, the patient’s gender, age band and the help needed), when you need someone, your area of Lahore, any notes you write and the salary range shown. For flights and visas: route, dates, number of travellers, cabin or visa category and travel month. For “Join the association”: your role, area, years of experience and skills.
- A reference number (for example CDW-1048) and the WhatsApp number the request was sent to.
What we do not collect
- No accounts and no passwords: you never sign up.
- No payment details: there is no payment on this website.
- No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics that identify you.
- We do not store your IP address. To prevent abuse, a one-way scrambled code (a salted hash) derived from it is kept for at most one day so we can limit how many requests come from the same connection.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request, arrange the service you asked for, and keep a record of the request so nothing is missed. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Who can see it
Your request is visible only to the association’s staff who sign in to its private admin panel. To arrange a placement, the association may share the details needed for the job (for example your area and working hours) with the candidates it suggests and the worker placed with you. For flights or visas, it may share them with the partner agency that handles your booking or file.
How long we keep it
- Completed and cancelled requests are deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Any request is deleted automatically after 24 months at most.
- Rate-limit codes are deleted after one day.
WhatsApp and other services
When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your message opens in WhatsApp, which is operated by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that requests come from people rather than automated programs; Turnstile processes technical information about your browser to do this. The website is hosted by Cloudflare and requests are stored in a database provided by Supabase. When a request is saved, the association may also receive a copy by email in its own inbox, sent through the email service Resend.
Your choices
You can ask the association to show you, correct or delete the details of your request at any time by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to 0302-4967928. Please mention your reference number.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
