From request to confirmed: on WhatsApp
No account, no app to install and no payment on the website. Here is exactly what happens when you send a request.
1. Choose a role
Pick a cook, a chef or a personal driver. Each role page shows the monthly salary range paid to the worker.
2. Answer a few questions
Choose the option (such as cuisine or shift), answer two or three quick questions, and add your area of Lahore and when you need someone.
3. Send on WhatsApp
Add your phone number (and name if you like). Your request is saved with a reference such as CDW-1048 and opens in WhatsApp; press send.
4. Meet and agree
The association replies, explains its fee and shares suitable candidates. Nothing is agreed until you choose.
Why WhatsApp?
Most families in Pakistan already use WhatsApp every day. Sending your request there means you can ask questions, share a location or a voice note, and keep the whole conversation in one place. The website also saves a copy of your request so the team can see it in one list and nothing is missed.
If WhatsApp does not open
After you send, the confirmation screen lets you open WhatsApp again, copy the message, call the number. If saving the request fails for a technical reason, WhatsApp still opens with your message so you can always reach the association.
What the association agrees with you
- Which candidates suit your household, and how you meet them.
- The salary within the range shown, the working hours and the start date.
- The association’s placement fee, explained before anything is agreed.
- What the household provides (groceries, a room for live-in roles, the car).
Your details
The request form collects your phone number, optional name and the request details. They are used only to reply to you and are deleted on a fixed schedule; see the privacy policy.
