The Cook Driver Welfare Association places household staff in Lahore on a monthly basis: maids, household helpers, live-in nannies and patient attendants. Open a role to see its monthly salary, answer a few quick questions and send the request on WhatsApp. The association then shares suitable candidates and agrees everything with you before anyone starts.
How salaries work
Each role page shows the monthly salary paid by the household to the worker, agreed before the start. The salary is not the association’s price: the association explains its own placement fee on WhatsApp before anything is agreed. All salaries are listed on the salaries and prices page.
Live-in roles
Some roles are live-in: the worker stays in your home. The household usually provides a room and meals, and working hours and rest are agreed with the association before the start.
How a placement works
- Send a request. Choose the role, answer a few questions and send it on WhatsApp.
- The team replies. The association asks anything it needs to know and explains its fee.
- Meet the candidates. The team shares suitable candidates and arranges how you meet them.
- Agree and start. The salary, hours and start date are agreed before anyone starts.
